HOW TO UNPLUG WITH FAMILY

First, I start every day with the usual emails and admin before breakfast

Next, once everyone is up I will join for morning activities!

Usually I will have a plan for what the day’s content will look like, so during the day I am not worried about work things

Typically I will shoot content around golden hour, so before or after dinner I will take time to film/post content

Then it is time to actually unwind! We had a few hours for work throughout the day and that is all we need!
